2. Digital Products — What You Are Purchasing

All products sold on GetRecordReady.com are digital downloads delivered in PDF format. Upon successful payment you receive immediate access to download your purchased kit. No physical product is shipped.

3. License & Permitted Use

Each purchase grants you a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal use license. You may:

• Print the kit for your own personal use
• Save the PDF to your personal devices
• Use the kit for your own documentation purposes

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the kit with others
• Upload the kit to any public or shared platform
• Use the kit for commercial purposes without written permission
• Modify or remove copyright notices
• Claim the kit as your own work

4. No Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable. Because our products are digital downloads delivered immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits under any circumstances once the download link has been accessed or delivered.
