By completing your purchase you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and non-refundable.

Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

GetRecordReady sells digital products — PDF documentation kits that are delivered electronically and immediately upon payment confirmation. Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final.

Once your payment is processed and your download link is delivered, the product has been fully delivered. There is no way to "return" a digital file, and therefore no basis for a refund.

No Refunds Will Be Issued For

Technical Download Issues

If you experience a genuine technical issue preventing you from accessing your download — such as a failed delivery email or broken download link — contact us within 48 hours of purchase at:

We will resend your download link. This is a courtesy service, not a refund or return.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a delivered digital product may be considered fraud. We maintain detailed purchase and delivery records including timestamps. We will contest all chargebacks for delivered products with full documentation.

No Physical Returns

We do not ship physical products. There is nothing to return. This policy applies to all digital products sold on GetRecordReady.com.
